  The bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet is magnet made by rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and binder through "compression moulding" or "injection molding". Due to its high dimensional accuracy, the bonded magnet can be made into magnetic components with relatively complicated shape, and is characterized with one-step molding, multipolar orientation of magnetizing and others. The bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet has high mechanical strength, and can be subjected to one-step molding with other supporting components when molding.

  • ●Ferrite or rare earth magnetic powder is mixed in thermal plastic and molded with injection pressing method.br />
    ●The magnet can be added into the driving shaft or other plugins during the production process.

    ●Due to its unique mechanical property, it can be made into different complicated shapes: such as gear shape, thin-walled annulus and other special shapes.

    ●It has good corrosion prevention and crash prevention.

    ●The magnet can be magnetized fully or partially according to the customer requirement .
