  Sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material is appeared in the early 1980s, and its composition is Nd2Fe14B. Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet is rapidly developed and widely used by virtue of its excellent performance, rich resources and reasonable price. Now, it is widely used in micro and special motor, horn, toy, permanent magnet instrument, electronic industry, automobile industry, petrochemical industry, nuclear magnetic resonance device, magnetic suspension system, magnetic transmission mechanism, magnetic therapy equipment and others. Nd-Fe-B magnet is easy to be rusted and oxidized, therefore, its surface shall be electroplated, such as galvanizing, nickeling, gold-plating, and silver plating; and also, it can be subjected to phosphating or sprayed the epoxy resin to slow down its oxidation velocity. It has excellent magnetic property and its maximum magnetic energy product is above 10 times higher than that of ferrite. Its mechanical property can also be quite good, therefore, it can be cut and processed into different shapes and drills. The maximum working temperature of the high-performance product can reach 230℃.
